Terms of Service.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Findwhosabi mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users, including service seekers and service providers.

Findwhosabi is a platform that connects individuals seeking services ("Seekers") with local service providers ("Providers") in Nigeria. We facilitate connections but are not a party to any agreement between Seekers and Providers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by Providers.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate registration information, maintain account security, notify us of unauthorized access, and not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

As a Provider, you agree to provide accurate business information and valid identification, maintain appropriate licenses, respond professionally to requests, honor pricing commitments, comply with Nigerian laws, and not engage in fraudulent practices. Providers are independent contractors, not employees of Findwhosabi.

As a Seeker, you agree to provide accurate contact information, treat Providers professionally, pay agreed fees for services rendered, not misuse the platform, and report concerns about Provider conduct.

Certain features require paid subscriptions billed through Paystack in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided only as required by law. Payments between Seekers and Providers for actual services are made directly and are not processed through our platform.

We offer identity verification to enhance trust. NIN verification is required for Providers to be visible to Seekers. Featured badges are earned by verifying business credentials (CAC, TIN, etc.). Verification does not guarantee service quality. Users should exercise their own judgment.

Users must not provide false information, impersonate others, engage in illegal activities, harass others, attempt to circumvent platform fees, scrape user data, interfere with platform security, or post spam.

Users may post reviews and ratings. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display it. Reviews must be honest. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide the platform "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for actions of Seekers or Providers, service quality, or indirect damages. Our liability is limited to fees paid to us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify Findwhosabi from claims arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or disputes between Seekers and Providers.

The App, logo, and content are owned by Findwhosabi Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations. You may delete your account at any time. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
